The Santa Monica College Media Technology campus is an expansion of the existing Academy of Entertainment Technology campus facilities. This project consists of renovation to a 33,491 square foot space within an existing 50,000 square foot two-story building. The campus includes, housing classrooms, student lounges and faculty offices. In addition, construction of a new 31,370 square foot technology classroom building housing the Communication and Design Technology Departments for production and editing suites and a three-story 34,076 square foot building housing broadcast facilities for NPR affiliate KCRW radio station was involved in the design.
