This project consists of renovation to a 33,491 square foot space within an existing 50,000 square foot two-story building. The campus includes, housing classrooms, student lounges and faculty offices. In addition, construction of a new 31,370 square foot technology classroom building housing the Communication and Design Technology Departments for production and editing suites and a three-story 34,076 square foot building housing broadcast facilities for NPR affiliate KCRW radio station was involved in the design. South Coast Engineering Group’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs serve all three buildings individually and collectively intimately coordinated with architectural aesthetics to provide state of the art building systems that will serve the campus well into the future.
