The Cheesecake Factory Bakery

This project is an existing 7,700 square foot bakery facility renovation and 1,200 square foot ammonia refrigeration room addition. This bakery is the west coast regional facility providing flagship product for the Cheesecake Factory restaurant chain. Designs include replacement of existing production line including ovens, spiral cooler, blast freezer and conveyor systems to provide additional production capability and efficiency for the overall baking process. To accommodate the needs of the factory, plans included coordinated MEP system design with owner’s system vendors for process specific oven exhaust, cooling and refrigeration systems. Addition of new ammonia refrigeration room replaces the existing refrigeration system and includes electrical and plumbing systems to support the change in refrigeration technology.
