A 14,500 square foot tenant improvement on the top floor of an existing six-story office building comprised of mostly open office space providing full time workstations, kiosk workstations and hoteling workstations for visiting employees. Additionally IT facilities, training, conference and lounge areas are being incorporated into the space design. This unique work environment requires fully coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing system designs to integrate seamlessly with existing base building systems and owner requirements.
