A tenant improvement to sound stages and production offices totaling 34,000 square feet. The design includes new air handling units serving the soundstages, and attached commissary area. An independent chilled water air conditioning system to serve the attached data center was also included in the design. Within the production offices, a THX screening area was designed with very specific temperature and sound requirements.
