A substantial renovation and upgrade project is currently underway to a prestigious resort in the Northeastern Phoenix area. The project consists of main hotel guestroom and two outlying guestroom complex renovations. With in the main hotel there is a lobby, bar and lounge remodel, restaurant and bar update and a marketplace grab-n-go facility renovation. The main hotel’s pool area is getting a new kitchen, bar, and restroom facility to serve the poolside guests. A new health spa and tennis center are also being provided to serve the needs of the resort guests.
