Walter started off as a draftsman working in various fields in building fire alarm systems, fiber optic engineering and wireless site development firms. Walter was then hired at SCEG as an entry level draftsman and eventually became a HVAC and Plumbing designer.
He now has over 5 years of experience designing HVAC systems and 11 years designing Plumbing systems in both commercial and residential application. He specializes in Industrial steam for process and special effects, medical gas, vacuum, compressed air, rain water harvesting, grey water and siphonic roof drain systems. Walter’s passion in building information systems coupled with his hard work has lead him to become the BIM Manager at SCEG.
