Lightstorm Entertainment is an American independent production company founded in 1990 by filmmaker James Cameron. It was here that the blockbuster hit Avatar 2 was filmed.

SCEG participated in a tenant improvement to sound stages and production offices totaling 34,000 square feet. The design includes new air handling units serving the soundstages, and attached commissary area. Within the production offices, a THX screening area was designed with very specific temperature and sound requirements. An independent chilled water air conditioning system to serve the attached data center was also included in the design.
