The amenities of this property include a state-of-the-art spa, six dining venues, four bars, three swimming pools, and a fitness center. The property is 22 acres in size and has over 980 suites and villas combined.
SCEG was involved in renovations at the Fairmont Kea Lani starting in 2013 and continuing through today. Projects have included guestroom renovations, HVAC replacement, a complete repiping, a new destination bar, and a lobby renovation with a dynamic fountain experience. SCEG provided mechanical and plumbing engineering services for the property and assisted in its LEED Silver rating.
