Projects at this resort have included guestroom renovations including suites and public space renovations including food and beverage. One such project was creating a 5 star atmosphere where 5 star food would be served. This renovation included a covered bar and outdoor dining, repositioned and reimagined for the finest guest experience.
Unnoticed by most, the project also included connections to the hotel’s central plant including chilled water and domestic hot water for greater energy efficiency and centralized maintenance. New HVAC equipment and lighting throughout provided the ambiance and comfort for patrons and employees alike. SCEG provides mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for this project.
