Glendale Adventist Medical Office Building

The Lee Hughes Medical Office Building, an 80,000 square foot 4-story ambulatory surgery center and physician leased space, was built to include radiology, ultrasound and fluoroscopy rooms, offices, a staff lounge, lobby, and waiting areas. The subsequent shell space build-out also included 40 surgical beds and 20 intensive care beds.
