Malibu Beach Inn is a 5-star banquet hotel located on PCH in Malibu, California. The hotel has a modern coastal design with private beach access open to all guests. The hotel features a spa, a restaurant, and private meeting spaces. The space is made to host private events, including weddings. SCEG provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering services for the whole hotel.

These services included a complete renovation of the guestrooms and public spaces with an expanded 3,000 square foot lobby, kitchen and dining areas.
