New England Studios is a film production facility located in Devens, Massachusetts. Some recent productions filmed here include The Society, Free Guy, Little Women, Spirited, The Parenting, and much more.
This facility is a state-of-the-art movie production complex with four 18,000 square foot sound stages, a connected three-story 30,000 square foot production support office building and two 2,000 square foot soundstage support buildings. A 20,000 square foot mill shop and offices used for set construction and light and grip storage was also included.
SCEG provided HVAC and Plumbing engineering services including 120 tons of silent heat and cooling.
