Sentral DTLA is a luxurious apartment complex located in Los Angeles, California. This complex is composed of two separate buildings, both with their own amenities.
The apartments feature large/modern kitchens, floor to ceiling windows, and in-unit washer and dryer. The complex has 2 separate pools, 2 rooftop recreation areas, and a large fitness center (complete with a spin studio). SCEG provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering services for the public space renovations including retail, meeting rooms, amenity spaces, the indoor/outdoor fitness concept, pool and unit specific improvements.
