Revenge of the Mummy is the most popular indoor attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood. Located in the lower lot of the theme park, this thrilling ride moves at high speeds forwards and backwards.
SCEG provided plumbing engineering services including numerous components and special effects within the ride. The compressed air not only served the brakes for the roller coaster, it moved animatronics and fed special effects that gave the sensation of bugs crawling all over the riders. The end of the ride included an entire room engulfed in Faux Fire, a realistic effect created with steam and lights.
